Requesting High School Transcripts and Records

Graduated Students:
Students who have graduated may request a transcript by emailing alittle@hempsteadschools.org.

Current Students:
Students who are currently attending school should contact their school counselor for transcript requests and related records.

Students Transferring to Another School District:
The receiving school district may request student records by contacting alittle@hempsteadschools.org. Records provided may include transcripts, report cards, immunization records, behavioral records, and other relevant educational documents.

Important: All district-issued devices must be returned before any records can be released.
